Vata is one of the three doshas in Ayurveda. It is made up of air and space elements and controls all movement in the body — like breathing, blinking, muscle movements, and even thoughts.
Pitta is made of fire and water elements. It controls everything related to heat, metabolism, and digestion in your body — including how you digest food, process emotions, and think clearly.
Kapha is made of earth and water elements. It gives the body structure, strength, and stability. It’s what keeps your joints lubricated, your immunity strong, and your mind calm.
“Ayurveda says that our body is a precious gift given by nature. We should take complete care of it.”
